"Sub Nuclear" guns and improved speed/dive time for the Uboats?

Folks

I'm looking everywhere for an equivalent mod for the Webster mod and Rockin Robbin's mod for the German UBoat that add "Sub Nuclear" guns, increased fire rate for the deck gun and AA guns, improved surface and underwater speeds with improved dive rate. Have these been made already? I'm looking everywhere and found the G7e upgrade by Rockin Robbins. I've also just downloaded the S3D editor as well..what areas would I need to change to do this myself?
