Ahoy, all!
I have a new computer. It has 64 bit Windows Vista Home Premium OS. And DX 10. I installed SH3 and it will not run. How can I make SH3 compatible with my new OS? ( if possible) Detailed steps will be appreciated because I am not 100 % computer literate. TIA ![]()

See http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=105144
for detailed instructions. The best thing to do is remove SHIII/SHIV completely, including the SH3 folder in Documents, and start over, installing in a folder outside of the program/program(86) folders.

If that thread does not help you send me a PM. SH3 will run on Vista 64.

Make a new folder in the C: directory and label it whatever you want, then point the SHIII installer to it.
