Trigger Maru Mod question

I hope this is the right forum for this, but I have a small question regarding this mod.

I just created an S-class scenario kinda of a shakedown cruise and training scenario with the S-18. Problem is: that the TM mod has a crew complement of 54 when in reality the S class had only 42.

Is there a way to manually edit the crew complement? I recall a program with SHIII that allowed this: Sub Commander or something...

Do a google search for "Submarine Sim Central". This is where you can find your answers related to anything TMO.
