how do i set torpedo depth?

the manuals don't say, I can't find anything in the help menu in game. I've tried searching this forum, but for some reason it seem like the first few pages in every thread have disappeared. Like, i'll be on page one but its really like the 4th page in the thread. I guess that's another problem im having

Anyways, How do I set my torpedo depth and detonation type? Im sick of lining up a perfect shot only to see my torpedoes run underneath the keel of the target.
