Did SHIII load OK?. Did you install both outside of the program (86) folder?
SHIII/GWX may take 3 or 4 minutes to load as it is almost 5 GB.

Always Run Patches,Game Installs As Administrator, This Solves Compatibility Issues with Vista, Or go to your Ubi Folder,SH3 Icon,Run it As Administrator, You should be good to go. |

Just loading the game into the program (86) folder will work. Adding to it, using JSGME, using SH3CMDR, modifying it by adding music to your gramophone folder or other modifications, adding supermods, using file tweaking; all become a problem. These can be avoided by simply installing outside the program folders.
