Administrator?

After I downloaded all the GWX 3.0 files, I put them in a GWX folder and then uninstalled everything involved with Silent Hunter III. Including SH3 Commander and every folder. I then installed Silent Hunter III and updated it with the 1.4b patch, installed GWX 3.0 and I get this.

I uninstalled it, and reinstalled it then patched to 1.4b, I clicked on the icon and I get the same thing. I do have Windows Vista, so I did do the proper things, such as install the game in C:\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII

I also clicked on the "Information" button, it gathered info and put it in a txt doc. If you need it, I'll send it to you by e-mail, xfire, msn messenger. Or I can just paste it in here

I am the only account and I am administrator..so whats with this?

Never mind..I right clicked it and ran as administrator, I went through a couple of pop ups and dealt with it. If any of you guys have the same problem, heres your answer.

I always find UAC on Vista to be annoying,so I turn that off too. I remember doing that when I loaded SH3 on it,runs like a champ.
