SH3 Bow Spray Problem

Ive been playing SH3 snice day one,, Ive tryed afew mods,,and at the moment Im using GWX 2.1 ( Im downloading GWX 3 now hehehe)

Ive just started having a problem with my Bow Spray, I thought it might of been my "Bow Spray Mod" playing up, so I took it out, only to find Ive still got the same problem.

When the sub hits the waves moving forward,and Im looking though my Binoculars,
my frame rate drops to almost zero.

Does anyone know a fix for that ?, I would hate to re-install again.
