im looking for accurate data on ww2 ships

im looking to get accurate data on ww2 surface ships

things like actual mass (loaded) and real horsepower not blueprint data but what they really were capable of as well as speeds and range info.

there is so much to look at out there and much of it has different numbers so where should i look for the most accurate data? (links please)
