New Command options

I'm using TMO and have run into a...conundrum. How do I alter the roster so that I can modify what ship I am offered. I tried removing all the names but the one I wanted, but that still had no effect-it still gave me the Gato instead of the Silversides.

each sub has a commissioning date. Is it after the date you upgraded?

No. Just looked at the modified roster, and I realize that I when I entered the date for the class start date, I transposed two numbers-19420101 instead of 19421001.
