looking for torpedo launch sound file (custom)

I was recently watching a video thats no longer on the internet from our member Stabiz. In his video USS Fang he uses a sound mod which altered the "torpedo_tubes" sound file.

the file used was the standard modded one, only it had one difference. in the very beginning of the file was a loud "cha-thunk" of the plunger followed by the whine of the steam torpedo.

the base sound is the same one used in Trigger Maru, only this file had the clunk in the very beginning.

anyone got any leads?
