Manual & Auto targeting

Good morning crew. Could anyone tell me please if it is possible to switch between manual or auto targeting during a mission/career, instead of thru gamesettings ?

In Career mode, while in port, you can click on the file drawer with the options and change the realism settings. Not while out at sea.
