Voice Commands Mod, HELP!

I just don;t understand how to install the voice command mod that is mentioned on this page. It looks pretty cool, but I just don;t get the readme!

If anyone has experience with this mod, please help.

Here's where I found the mod:

The mod is located toward the bottom of the page, just below the recognition manual mod.

It works perfect for me. I cannot live without it. What doesnot work then? Did you install the SpeechSDK51?
