small problem with type 1X sub

When on the bridge/conning tower the loop radar is not extended in the up position but still rotates in the down position how can this be fixed please it's most annoying.

, but I have never seen it in the extended position while submerged

someone was working on this very fix a little while back, i dont know if the did it but the fix was simple enough with s3d
