Gremlins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Morning all:

I am loving GWX 3.0 but having a small issues that is somewhat frustrating.

I am in my second patrol, it was nice, had a line of ships and happened to be in perfect position, 1 South Hampton, followed by two Aux. crusiers all in a row, and all went bye bye.

Anyway I saved my game right there, then completed my patrol.

When I went back to load the game. The completed patrol, you know in base after mission and the in base before mission, is not there, just where I saved the game before sinking these ships.

Strangest of all after this save it says the war has ended.

I have tried a few times and completed patrols, etc no matter what it always saves to this one point and then says war has ended.

Do I need to delete this career and start over?

Any help

funny things happen when you save within close proximity (i use the 50 km rule) to other units, sunk or floating.

I would recommend starting a new career and in the future... try and make sure you are not within sensor or visual range of any unit when you save.

What was the date
Wouldnt be pre war would it by any chance

Go to your documents and open the SH3 folder

SH3\data\cfg\Careers\Your career name

And open Careers_0 in notepad ( or the latest Careers_* file )

Look for WarOver=true and change to WarOver=false
