USS Tench

I just returned from patroling area A2, and was coming through the narrow strait just above Perth-Freemantle.

Anywho, I ran into a German UBoat and had a gun battle.

Sank him but suffered 82% damage.

No problem, limp back base since I was on my way anyway.

I was offered a new boat.

I took it.

I now command the USS Tench.

Problem, I have no conning tower.

Bug? Or do I need something else?

Since you traded in a damaged boat I guess this is all you get.
Apparently a conning tower is an extra cost option.:rotfl::rotfl:

I searched the forums, looked at several threads that addrressed this. Apparently, I'm not the only one who has had this problem.

I tried saving then restarting - no good.

I tried docking - no good.

With no periscope, sonar, radar, what are you supposed to do?

I have 4058 in renoun.

If this is going to be a problem, I might as well quit and start another career because I deleted my previous save.

No suggestions anybody?
