German uniforms on fleet boat?

Sorry if this is well known. I'm having a kind of strange patrol on a new SH41.5 install with RFB

I have the Thresher, it's a War Start career, and it's at 100%, no map contact updates and no external camera

My crew men have German uniforms and, another strange (although not exactly unpleasant) thing is that my torpedoes are never duds even though dud torpedoes is checked in the options

Strangely it's only this career. On a different career it didn't happen and i spent my entire torpedo armament on one medium tanker! - i only had one non-dud out of the whole lot, and only 3 misses out of 24 torpedoes - it never did go down!

anyway, any ideas, or just OODT?

. It looks to be a mix up of two body files. (german body accidentally put in)

aaaaaaaahhhhh.....

(I thought it was the way they held there knife and fork while eating, I thought that was a way that the germans could tell if it was a friendly or a allie spy.).
