load order for mods

hi all i'm looking to install the trig maru , rsrd , and pacific env
in what order do i load them up in ??

According to the TMO "stickie" thread at the top of the page, an environmental mod comes included. Not sure if it's PE, or EE. I run RFB and that comes with PE. As for RSRD, I advise you read the "stickie" for RSRD. It has the install orders for TMO and RFB, ect...
