Introducing:

The Electronic Cipher officer (ECOPTC)

The ECOPTC is a program that can convert a plain text message into enciphered text. And, of course, the reverse action - decipher an enciphered message. The ECOPTC uses a simulation of the CSP888/889 (the coding machine that was used on US subs in WW II).
