Driver (NVIDIA) nr.178.13

Hi everyone!
I've had much , much trouble with my pc lately

and finally I getting it up and running, and I downloaded
the driver from NVIDIA , (I have GEForce 8600 GT 512MB ram)
nr 178.13 is that a good driver for SH3

or is it the pc
there something wrong with? I have "nHancer" installed properly .
But when I move the mouse around in the command room , or up in the conning tower it's sort of flowing a bit,but not always . And when I look up in the sun I get some sort of black spots on the sun .What is it
