Just bought SH3 on steam, Grey wolves wont install
It's saying there is modded files when there is not. What's going on? I played for like 10 hours and I want to install grey wolves now but it is not allowing me.

since you played it , it will say the files are modified, you have to have a clean installation, all patched up. i would recommend SH3 commander with it too though, its very fun to look at the info of ships you sunk/what they were carrying.
it is a bit confusing to install all these mods correctly, but it is good idea to read the manual of GWX about installation , or the various threads on the forum. i would link and stuff but i am very tired i need to sleep |

FOUND THE ISSUE!
The installer was pointed at the wrong area. It was pointing to a nonexistant folder in /ubisoft/silent hunter 3, when it should be in /steam/steamapps/silent hunter 3 |
