27000 ton mine sweaper

First off, what a great mod GWX2.1 is!! All glory to the Mod makers

Anyway, I was on my 4th patrol and i managed to sneek into Lock Ewe and found two floating docks just sitting there thinking they were safe in there hard to reach lock and tucked behind two nets. I managed to sink bother of them for a total of nearly 60000 tonnes!
I thought thats got to be atleat a promotion but NO, in the end of patrol report they both registered as mine sweapers even though I I.D them correctly in the scope. How many sweapers do you know that weigh 27000 tones each? I was devastated.

Anybody come across this before?

The docks are designated a type=12 which in GWX is Type12=Minor Warship

The game however is setup to see type=12 as a minesweeper
Even though Ubi didnt include any

There is a definate shortage of designations - Type= - so we have to make do with whats available

Game limitations as those ae hardcoded in the exe

U should have towed them to a german port and the ritterkreuz would be urs....

I was tempted once in a while to shoot them but i never did. Only if any ship would be served in it i would open fire but i didnt found 1 in a hostile harbor.

As posted above
Only so many designations to work with

You can try going to

C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII\data\Menu

Backup en_menu
Open the original and look for line 1624

1624=Mine Sweepers:

Change to 1624=Minor warship
Or whatever you want

May work
May not

Be in port and rollback SH3commander if using
