I need a 88 on a type IIa boat file from the start of the war,

How the ruddy heck do I do this?

also Is there a simple way to make it carry 10 torpedos vice 5?

I would have , and tried to use the VIIC and VII B Slot, but the model in those slots caused the game to crash, but in the II a or b and the XXI slots,, no problems
