[REQ] s boat speed fix
I have used the search function to try to find a mod to get the s boat to the 14.5kt surfaced, 11 kt submerged speed but couldn't find any. If a modder
 or someone could point me in the right direction the crew and I would throw a party on the sub. I'm running TMO RSRD PE NSM SCAF. cheers!
