Camera Mod?

Can anyone give me a link for the camera mod that gets rid of the camera restrictions so I can go on the decks of ships and such. I cant seem to find it. Thanks.

mine will let you get right against the hull (like 1 foot away)

but getting onto decks requires you to be able to get even closer and actually pass thru objects where they become invisable because the game reads it as a collission so you set the collission point to a negative number.
