[TEC] emblems possible?

maybe there is a way to get emblems in SH4,
there's this controller in the conning tower *.dat's
labeled E01#.cfg in SH3.
now if we put this in SH4 conning tower *.dat
we just need to 'activate' the emblem if
the code was not taken out.
maybe the devs could give a hint here?

not exactly, i'm talking about the emblems you get in
real-time how it was done in SH3.
