Welp, I tried increasing AA and AF to 4x and I still have the golf ball (flat) sun.

Are there any potential fixes?

AMD 64 3500+
msi geforce 6800gt 256 mb
2 gb sdram
audigy gamer
windows xp

I'll try to post a screenshot in a bit, but I've heard it referred to as a flat sun. It doesn't have the glow around it so it looks like a golf ball in the sky as it's really small.

Well, it didn't post but the link works. Yes, the halo is missing. It's like a little golf ball in the sky.

It is definitely from OLC UBER. Doesn't happen with stock or gwx2.x

i have a geforce 6800gt using 4xAA and 4xAF

I haven't tried Kriller's sun, I guess it's worth a try, but doesn't sound like Kriller's is a fix for OLC Uber.

You need to get a Photobucket account, it's easier to use than Imageshack. All you have to do at Photobucket is click on the IMG Code and paste it directly to your post.

Unfortunately, neither one worked. Tried both.

Any other fixes? I should probably see if I can even get the old sun back by disabling OLCEuber.

That should work, given your comment on post #9 that it is definitely OLC Ubermod causing the problem.
