I was browsing through the Salvation Army book room last week when I stumbled across a Motorbooks paperpack from the early 90s titled Navy Attack, which consists mostly of pictures of the A-1 Skyraider, A-3 Skywarrior, and A-4 Skyhawk. The book was only 49 cents, so what the hell, and I bought it. Brought it home, and only then did I notice that the title page had the signatures of more than 15 Navy, Air Force, and Army aviators!
![]() I've included a scan of the title page (I can do a higher-resolution scan if anyone needs one), but I'm curious if anyone actually knows any of the people who signed this book. ![]() Also, on the inside cover, there's a sticker that says "I'm A Fuddy Duddy Buddy" with an illustration of the "Fuddy Duddy" B-17 in the center. |

Cool! Bet that book is either from someone that screwed up and accidently gave it away, or died.

I see a signature from someone on the Orion. I work with a Orion crewman on the Torsk. He might recognize the name. Other than that, cool find. I got a used submarine book off amazon that was signed by the author.
