There is a 1.5 patch?

I have been away for a while playing WWIIOL. I got a new computer and 22 inch widescreen and now want to fire SH$ back up.

Browsing the mods I notice RFB says:

Ubisoft doesn't list a 1.5 patch in their download section. Where can I find it?

You have to purchase the SH4 U-boat Missions Add-On to get 1.5.
