Skins 2!!!!!!!!!!!! Urgent!!!

I don't understand nothing here !
I downloaded yamato9's " Type 9c-Grey_masked_v2 " skin file , and I did exactly what is written , and I only get the lower hull masked , not the cunning tower . Yamato9 said look at this directory :

" \silenthunter\data\textures\T Normal\tex\ " if there is a TGA picture with name " Turm9c " i think that resolution is 2024 x 2024 , 24b. If not , then search ( Turm9c ) through . " rar " file , and copy this in directory showed above . I did everything he said , but things are the same everything masked exept the cunning tower

I will show the picture of my sub if this gonna say you guys something it's urgent i need help
