Default Thoughts on a Tokyo Rose/Japanese music mod for Silent Hunter III???

Hi, Im new to this forum.

Forgive my poor English, I am learning.

I was wondering if anyone would be interested in a Tokyo Rose/Japanese music gramaphone mod for Silent Hunter III. AND YES I DO MEAN SH III.
I think it would go along well with GWX ( Awsome!!! ) and any other Monsoon boat related mod: listening to 'Zero hour' while maneuvering your Type IXC on a balmy August night off Jakarta.

I was also wondering if it is possible to have certain gramaphone music files to only be played while in a certain region (I doubt it would be possible to pick up Radio Tokyo while off Halifax he he) and if so, how?

Also, was it in fact common for U-Boat men to actually listen to Japanese broadcasts (music) in the course of Monsun operations? It would have indeed been possible (which is why I am creating/have created this mod).

(NOTE: I have only been able to find decent quality Tokyo Rose/'Zero hour' broadcasts from about August 1944 onwards: the Silent Hunter 4 team had this problem as well which is why Tokyo Rose was not included in that simulator. I also have found WWII Allied propaganda broadcasts directed specifically at U-Boat men, I might include this as well).

Good or dumb idea?
