Unable to rotate hyrophome with HOME-END

Hello All,
Having a problem with manually rotating the hydrophone.

Following is a list of mods and their order I have installed:

NSM4 light
Environmental 4.6
Environmental 4.7
E4.8 for 4.7 mod
RFB v 1.51 00062308
RSRD RFBv15_v395_RCS
RSRD_V395 patch4
RSRD AuxGB_fix
Speech_FixUS

I can rotate the hydrophone slightly (1/2 degrees) if I use the middle mouse whell, but that's all.

Any help would be appreciated. Thought RFB might be corrupted so downloaded and reinstalled.

I had a similar problem, except that it was the radar, and I was using TMO.
Now that I've upgraded to the latest version, the problem has gone away.

Sorry I couldn't be of much help.
