Most Unusual!

Hi all, has anyone noticed that since Subsim went down traffic here seems to have died right down, I must assume that:
1) Some found that there is life outside Subsim.
2) Found a new game or interest.
3) Just got bored!
4) Started to actually play the game & enjoying it!
Well I have to admit that I fall into number 2 catagory, I purchased another game & got involved in the associated forum.
The point to this thread is that I have been watching & amazed that the lack of modding here has slumped to an all time low, therefore I must say it:
GET BACK TO MODDING!

You asked and shall receive. So strap yourself into your computer chair and hold on for dear life, because WAC 3.0 is about ready to be unleashed.

I'd prefer to think it's this one:

but we've seen this before, especially in the months before the latest GWX installment was released. Who knows? Maybe things will pick up again later. I can only hope so.

Actually its not such a bad thing to have a breather for a bit, gives us all a chance to play the game with all these tasty new mods in different setups and stuff like that,at one point the mods were coming so thick and fast I had a job to keep up:rotfl:I was having to go back a few pages and start my downloading session from there in case I'd missed anythingIts all good,I'm just glad subsim is back, when it crashed cause of the fire I nearly had a heartattack

Ship Sim 2008 ( http://www.shipsim.com/home.php ), not everyones cup of tea, but quite good though a little boring, it does have multiplay, that's a plus however it need a little more work, for example when walking the decks there are no sounds at all,no people, like walking on a ghost ship, yet external view has the wind & sea sounds, will have to see what happens in the future, if only I knew how to attach a sound with that game engine!

I wonder if you could import some of these sounds into SHIII?

Sure it's a bit slow now, but no doubt that things will pik up again!

After all it's holyday season and most Kaleuns are enjoying the sunny side of the land!

Cheers!

There probably will be very few if any updates.....as was stated by Kpt Lehmann shortly after the release of GWX2.1

SH4 is where the next chapter lies.
