action camera

Is there a way to move the "action" camera view so that it doesn't cover up any dialogue boxes from the various officers?

When I click on them, and there is action going on, I can't access the hotkeys because they are covered up by the camera view box.

Event Camera? Sorry, I don't know if you can move it or not. I've had it turned off since Day 2.
