Default SHIII water depth is too shallow!

Ok so I got my SHIII modded just the way I like it, except for one thing that is absolutely driving me nuts. The water depth! In the Bay of Biscay it has the water depth at a silly 30 meters, AOD has the same spot at a more realistic 80 meters. I've sunken ships and saw their arses stick up in the air because the water isn't deep enough.
I don't have GWX installed so I don't know if this issue has been fixed. Is there a simple .ini way I can resolve this?

edit: depth numbers

No.
You need to edit the Terrain with Refs tool.
I have no idea if it was done in the GWX files.
I'd like to think it was.
And if it was edited in another mod..........
Did they give credit to Ref for HIS tool?
:hmm:
