Default strange bug in GWX 2.1

donno if its becouse i use a few mods or if its just GWX....

just a minute ago i was playing a MP with my friend (and i did crash) when all of the sudden i heard "sanitäter!! verwundete auf deck!!" so i went looking and for a odd reason my sonar guy, radio guy and the ppl in the bow quarters were dead
then i checked the outside to see if i got hit or struck a mine... but neither of them were the case...

verry odd... any idea's why this is ?

mods enabled when this happened:
Copulsory Headdress
ASDIC sound
GWX - Contact Colour
GWX 2.1 sil tga fixes
GWX-My Favourite dails mod (<- with the fix already in it)
Increased ASW
LRT Super LITE v1.35
New SHIV Scene 8k v2.5b
Water_Stream_for_Uboats_v4
Smoke Exhoust Pack GWX (<- contains all smoke mods for all subs)

Repeat it without all the mods?
Then I'll look at the problem.

Other then that?
It does not appear to BE a GWX problem.

I've had similar things happen in campaign, always under TC.
When I ran it at normal speed it was a mine strike - they're usually pretty well spaced out so if you hit one the next one isn't easily visible (even if you search for it) and when you hit it, it explodes so the only evidence is the damage to your boat.

So,
Your admitting that standard install of GWX does not cause the problem?
It's the mods you add.
Correct?

I'd say that none of theses would cause the type of problem He's having, the first could cause a CTD if certain ogg files used, the next 2 are basically only menu edits, and would cause a CTD with error message if any problems, the last definitely not this type of problem.
The earlier enabled mods:
Copulsory Headdress - menu & cfg alterations only, so no problems.
GWX 2.1 sil tga fixes - only tga files in rec manual & tested so no problems.
Increased ASW - not familiar with this mod so can't comment.
LRT Super LITE v1.35 - as above.
Water_Stream_for_Uboats_v4 - have been using with GWX 2.1 for a few patrols now so not likely.
Smoke Exhoust Pack GWX - not familiar with this mod so can't comment.
Hope that is of some help, just my opinion.

The bottom 2 are dat based so unless everyone has them who are playing MP then yes will cause problems

MP is an unforgiving bitch
When testing\playing MP we all had a second untouched install

But the AOTD clan play a lot online and in thier experience - which I trust - they have found that using blank campaign files AND reducing the Sea folder size leads to a more stable platform
There are over 200 units in the GWX Sea floder and I dont think the game was designed to cope with that many in normal play let alone MP
