Default [TEC/WIP] A lttle help with .dat please

Please..... Is there a morrowind/oblivion type "construction set" tool for SH4 to manipulate 3d objects in the .dat files ?????

At present I'm using a combination of the mission editor, S3d (great, wonderful amazing program ) and hex editing to try and work on my first Non-Texture mod.

Based on this:

I'm trying to add a small touch of historical accuracy to Pearl.

I've gotten about this far:

1. Pearl Sub Base map - still needs some adjustments, (waiting for final layout outoutcome)

2. Pearl Sub Base - looking South

3. Pearl Sub Base - looking East

Deleting un-needed objects is fairly straight forward once I've identified what I don't need (find object Id in s3d look at 3d object in GLC player (recheck to see that its what has to be deleted)) slow but do-able.

But here's why I'm asking for a construction set type tool, moving things around is "not much fun - Jan", {i.e find object id, move object a little - load game - look for effect - find object id again, move object a little more - reload game - look for effect - etc, etc...}

Is there an easier way?

pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeease

I'm completely new to this non-texture type work so any help would be greatly appreciated.
