Conning Tower Dials Help Please

I found the sub control dials in the tower for GWX 2.1 and previous, don't work bar one. The speed dial works but it changes the rudder.
I know I played an early version of NYGM that had these working. Does anyone know the version. Thanks

I'll look in the interior sim files and see if I can find out what the problem is.
