Silent Hunter 4 mod help

I hope I have the right forum for this one. If not, my apologies in advance.
Had a massive failure on my game computer and now that its back I'm reloading all my games. So far I've gotten most of them installed including SH3 w/GWX mod. I've used JSGME where necessary and all works great. Problem is in SH4, I lost all my mods and the new add-0n mission. When I try to add these mods the only ones that appear in my enabler are the fewer radio messages and smaller radar contacts. They work fine in SH4 but when I try to download other mods like: Kollmorgen scope/navmap scrolling/Capn Midnight CBS radio/diesel engine noise, etc. they seem to download allright but they never appear in the JSGME folder. When I did this before the crash I had about 8 mods in SH4 and all of them work. I checked the SH4 folder and sure enough there is a MODS folder in there like always. Does anyone have any ideas here. If I'm in the wrong forum let me know and I'll post this in the right place. Sure do miss my music while on patrol. Thanks-----Rick Martin
