SH3 commander details

hello-

GWX2 comes with a VIIC/41 mod-

i read something a while back that said if i entered the files correctly SH3 commander could enable this automatically every time i started with a c/41, but i can;t find it or remember how to do it.

is there any way to do this with the indian and black sea campaign files as well?
