Game won't start after add-on installation

The loading screen's progress bar will fill up to 100%, then a "bling" with a message "File not found: HUD.tga", then the game closes itself.

Anyone else had this?

Did you disable ALL mods before installation?

I never used any mod because I was unwilling to fiddle with any files.

I dont know then... I had the same problem and it was caused becasue I had a mod enabled on install, maby you should reinstall the geam.
