[REL] Wolfehunter's IX Series Final Skin + Templates

Hello submen. I have here the finished IX skins waiting for you sea trials. Again similar to the VII series final these don't have rust or camo. There basically template for those who would like to enjoy a clean U-boat or make there own versions.

I've use the same colour from VII Series,

Nothing is exactly perfect but I try.

Thanks guys.

This skin is compatible with Rubini's Water Steam wash mod + RB's exhaust mods.

They have correct exhaust holes and drain holes.

A little question: Where is the Turm9 file? I can't see it... there is only the Turm9c_1:hmm:
