Default Crew Management Information

Ahoy fellow submariners!

Do any of you know of a good guide to the Crew Management system in SH4?
Ive searched the forums and found little pockets of info lurking away in dark corners, but no one definative guide or thread, ive googled it too, but with no joy.

If one doesnt exist, is there anyone amongst you with more experience (than myself) who is able to compose one? Im sure there are quite a few of us novices who would benfit from your wisdom and you never know there are maybe one or two self proclaimed experts who would learn some elusive trick or tip!

Or...

If no one single person is up to the task, how about if any of you with any insight on the Crew Management system in SH4 use this thread as a place to post and colate information and advice for the benefit of any others currently in the community (and those who will join it in the future), who may, like myself not fully understand the intricacies of crew management and wish to learn more.

Please dont be shy, even what you may consider the most trivial or basic nuggets of info may be usefull to someone.

Thanks in advance

Very good idea and welcome to the finest port in town!

My points about CM

1. If you put your boat at battlestations (GQ), don't forget to pull them off (when the coast is clear) and you have to also click the damage team button also.

2. Look through your entire crew and see which enlisted have at least 50's or better in the gunnery and flak skills. Switch them out into the repair crew and those three will have to be manually placed into those respective positions when needed. Take them out when they are no longer needed.

Thats all I can think of for now....

Search for "Crew Management" or "manage the crew" in this forum and you won't get little dark corners of information, but huge volumes of in-depth information. This subject has been discussed at great length and detail, many times.
