Default B2 bomber crashes in Guam: First time one has crashed

Just read on the news that a B2 bomber has crashed in Guam shortly after takeoff. This is the first time that one has crashed. Thankfully both crew members ejected safely.

http://www.usatoday.com/news/nation/...b2-crash_N.htm

This is one hell of an impressive aircraft given that this is the first time it has happened and the fact that both pilots ejected safely.

I remember when a B-1 crashed in Montana a few years ago ... that was bad enough.

Now we lose a B-2 ... at least the pilots are safe.

The US Navy lost a E-6 Prowler off Guam just 11 days ago ... crew rescued in that one too.

It is a pity that USAF has lost a really great aircraft. I am glad to hear that both pilots are alive and healthy.
