Default Two questions

I have a couple of questions, I can't seem to find the answers to.
First: How do i assign priority to the Damage Control Team. I had some damage and flooding and the pump was out. They were working on the diesel engine, which is not a priority because I am submerged. I tried dragging and dropping a problem to the priority list but that didn't work.

Second: I was leaving the area in a "quick misssion" (I haven't started a career yet) on the surface due to damage, and was told there was an aviator in the water just to the right..close. (I don't remember how it was worded but it was either American or Friendly or something that let me know it wasn't the enemy.) Is it possible to rescue him. I know it won't matter in a "quick mission" but if I can do it, the practice might help later.

We did get away but got rammed by a cruiser (I think it was a cruiser). It's bow was stuck on my boat near the conning tower. I manned the guns and blew up the stupid thing. But the funniest thing is the deck gunner must have been targeting the bridge because the whole bridge broke off in one piece and tumbled down the front of the cruiser and hit the rear AA gun, and then bounced a couple of times and fell into the sea. I wish I had thought of taking a screenshot, but I was a little busy manning the AA gun and targeting the turrets which blew up.

1. Click and drag the station you want to assign top priorty to into the repair que it should be at the top of the list. Stations get repaired from top down. So add the highest priorty last :hmm:

2. 'Look' at the swimmer with your binocs, when the crosshair turns red press the space bar.

About question one, when I get there the list is full and I can't drag anything on or off it I can move the priority up or down with the arrows beside it but that is all. They always seem to be fixing something stupid first.
Thank you for the answers anyway. Maybe there is something else but I can't figure it out.

You should be able to click within the box, not the scroll bar. Drag the box with the name of the damaged system up or down and drop it. It should relocate in the priority list.
