Default How would I know if my fore or aft was heavy due to flooding?

Without the external camera how would i know one end of my boat or the other was heavy due to flooding? Like when the forward is flooded and I have to go all back to help surface? Is there a guage or bubble somewhere?

On the command room between the guys manning the dive planes, you have your U-boat's horizontal possition indicator.
How to read it? Woah! I cannot go that far!
