What's this blackout?

I noticed when I view the Rank screen in TM some of the crew members blocks turn black? What's this about?

I haven't heard of that before, what mods are you useing beisdes TM ? also do you have a program that you can look at or edit .DDS files? if so go to :Silent Hunter Wolves of the Pacific\Data\Menu\Gui\Layout\CrewSystemsManagement .dds and open it see if it has any anything missing some of your icons may look diffrent from mine and I may have a couple of more ranks but other than that make sure your placement is relatively the same. then let me know what you find

In game when you press F7 the Rank screen part on the left showing your crew member icons, well, some of the blocks or imgages are blacked out. I use TM 1.7.6.,TM Sound, TM GFX and RSRDC for TM.

It's deffinately a mod doing it. No one who plays without mods has it happen.
Search for "black crew" and you will read more about it.
