A request for those posting screenshots
People, it's all fine and well to show what kind of work you're doing for the game, but please, for the love of all that's good and sane, please stop using the PNG format! It makes the file sizes way too big when you do this. Using the JPEG format instead will cut your file sizes by 2/3rds and make it easier on those with slow connections. There should be no reason for these ginormous file sizes when the posted screenshots are so relatively small.

If you need a utility to resize and jpeg the files, get either irfanview or xnview. Both are freeware. Google will list their homepages
Use a compression setting of 85 will givelittle or no visual deterioration, but will reduce the file size by quite a bit. Other utilities may count from 0 up, for those, use a setting of 15.
