Torpedoes blow up or suck down.

I was browsing the SHIV at work and noticed someone had created a mod to have ships blow upward rather than suck down when struck by torpedoes. When I got home, I couldn't locate the thread that mentioned this. Been looking for it for the last two evenings. Can anyone help with this?
