to the subsim community

How is it possible that the allies controlled Gibraltar as Gibraltar belonged to Spain in the war and spain was neutral (although sometimes supporting the axis force)

I think that Gibraltar is a british colony since forever.
But Spain has claimd it´s theirs with little luck.

Bonehead, just some friendly advice. I suggest doing a lot of reading, starting with some good general histories of WWII. I always liked Liddell Hart's book for example. Books are still funs, otherwise start with wikipedia and look up the references in the good articles. You can tell the good ones because they have extensive references including books as well as other webpages.

i like to post and have some discussion and talk with subsimmers. Thats why i not search the internet and/or read books i can get all the information from subsim!
i think that is one of the reasons of the existence of this forum! Thanks for the info! and enjoy SH3!
