Default What if............

Hey guys, just introducing some words into that topic. Now that Uboat campaign is being developed, what if after that,50s and 60s submarines were introduced as another expansion into SH4? Imagine the scenario with reworked naval bases,a bit improved graphics and a combination of all that subs to be in command of,vintage and modern ones.
Some adventure could be done like The final countdown or Down the Periscope films jejeje.
Maybe would be to much, but think about a Gato or Balao class,or a Uboot trying to scape from a Trafalgar class, funny no?

Nah, I hate alternative historical sims. That's why I dumped Il2-1946.

Dunno realy wouldn't want to go with the nuclear boats.

Diesel boats FOREVER ahem.. now that's out of me system, theres still plenty to do with WWII. Haven't seen any British or Dutch boats yet (they, the Dutch, did have subs in the pacific right?). And still so many more features thay could implement.

I say we work backwards toward WW1 boats

No way, 1946 rocks! Speaking of which I nedd to break out that flight stick and trackir from the moving box.:hmm:

As far as new subs, new content is always welcome on my end. However I think it's about time for a modern graphics engine, modern/coldwar subsim. Or even a reworked fleet command would be cool.

In my opinon I think they should add the V-boats to the game subs like the Argonaut, Narwhal, Nautilus, and implement special missions for different subs, like the Skate actually coming in contact with the Yamato and damaging it, or the Archerfish sinking the 59,000 ton Japanese aircraft carrier (cant think of it's name right now). Things like that should have been done before the U-boat sim in the Pacific or any further expansion like 50's and 60's boats. And remember this is my opinion.

I like the idea of British subs in the Atlantic and I would love to pilot a destroyer and get after the U-Boats.
